mixed experience due to room issues

small bathroom poor curtains
my stay had a few issues. the room felt quite cramped compared to other places i have stayed in. the bathroom was also very small , it was difficult to move around. the curtains did not block the daylight well , so the room was bright early in the morning.

great location friendly staff easy communication
the location was really good. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found easy communication before arrival and a smooth check in. a free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, it was a real treat.
the room felt a bit too warm, even with the air conditioning.

The staff were friendly. I mentioned our anniversary and received a complimentary room upgrade, a wonderful surprise. The location is REALLY central. It made exploring so easy.

a good stay in saint-germain

warm staff lovely touch
The staff greeted me with such warmth, it felt special. i was so happy to find complimentary coffee, tea and pastries available in the lounge. This was a lovely touch. the lovely room was great. Its decor was fine!
the curtains in my room did not block the daylight completely. it was a minor issue, but improved light blocking would be very useful. this would definitely enhance the overall stay .

A complimentary pastry was available daily. The flavour was different each day which was amazing!!! breakfast offered a perfect start to the day, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and lots of different dishes. the entire experience was delicious.

The staff was perfect. Their communication was precise, gentle and professional. The room included a coffee machine. Complimentary cake was available at reception every afternoon (i really appreciated this).
The room felt quite small compared to other hotels in the same area. The bathroom was very small. Curtains on the top floor did not block the daylight. (I would have liked darker curtains).

The room i got was definitely on the small side. and i mean small. I barely had space to maneuver with my luggage. the bathroom situation wasn't much better. it was so compact i nearly bumped into everything. i think i will ask for bigger next time
