the hotel location was super convenient to many attractions. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room included a water heater alongside tea and coffee.

my stay had a few issues. the room felt quite cramped compared to other places i have stayed in. the bathroom was also very small , it was difficult to move around. the curtains did not block the daylight well , so the room was bright early in the morning.

The staff greeted me with such warmth, it felt special. i was so happy to find complimentary coffee, tea and pastries available in the lounge. This was a lovely touch. the lovely room was so great. Its decor was fine!
the curtains in my room did not block the daylight completely. it was a minor issue, but improved light blocking would be very useful. this would definitely enhance the overall stay .

The staff was perfect. Their communication was precise, gentle and professional. The room included a coffee machine. Complimentary cake was available at reception every afternoon (i really appreciated this).
The room felt quite small compared to other hotels in the same area. The bathroom was very small. Curtains on the top floor did not block the daylight. (I would have liked darker curtains).

The room i got was definitely on the small side. and i mean small. I barely had space to maneuver with my luggage. the bathroom situation wasn't much better. it was so compact i nearly bumped into everything. i think i will ask for bigger next time
